Income would be received over a five year period as the plantation was done in phases.
This being a forest plant, we will get best grade of wood and optimum harvesting income by following these natural models.
SVS earns revenue through its agreed 50% share of the harvest proceeds. This model enables us to invest in plantation establishment, ongoing management, technical expertise, and long-term stewardship. Since our earnings depend on the plantation's performance, our interests remain closely aligned with those of our investors.
Historically white sandal values increased consistently. Likewise Land prices in the project location have also increased consistently. They can be extrapolated for our projected returns. While returns cannot be legally guaranteed, this coupled with our professional and passionate farm management should assure our investors of good returns as projected.
SVS adopts a multi-layered plantation security strategy comprising physical barriers, electronic surveillance, intrusion detection systems, regular patrols, and continuous monitoring. Security measures are reviewed and strengthened as the plantation matures.
We would rather own 50% share of a 100-acre success than 100% of a 10-acre success.

100 square yards.
Around 6 to 7 plants are planted in 100 sq yards. However you won't be getting rights on any particular plant due to pro rata income sharing policy adopted by us.
Land is fully owned by the Promoters. Title of the plot is transferred to the customer thru a registered sale deed.
